Mark O. came yesterday and worked so hard to find the cause of the funky odor. He went above and beyond, exhausting all efforts, explaining everything to me along the way. In the end, nothing was found that would indicate there was an issue with our plumbing. Mark provided a few options without making me feel pressured to make an immediate decision. He was apologetic about not being able to find and fix the issue, but he really did make every effort and I was at least glad to know that our plumbing seems to be in good shape. Thank you, Mark!

About 15 minutes after I ended that call I received one from Pavel along with an email that he was on his way. He assessed the situation and got right to work. The person I spoke with to book was friendly and efficient.
