So happy I called these guys! Already did another review under my other email address but it’s worth repeating.

I had an estimate from a different company but ended up cancelling after being jerked around. Called BelRed and was able to set up three different appointments, todays being to look at and repair a leaky pipe. Something the other guys couldn’t find btw.

Anyway – Andrew came out, introduced himself, figured out where the leak was and quickly provided me an estimate as well as a timeframe for completion.

Work was done quickly, quietly and on time. Andrew had shown me pictures and videos of the before and also of the after and made sure to test the leak was fixed (and explained what happened and why).

It’s never easy spending money unexpectedly but helps when the company and the person who comes out to do the work gives a great first impression.

Noah Amini came to provide plumbing services for our sink. He was great! He took the time to explain why we had a problem and what he would be doing to correct it. He was very polite, professional, and nice. He gave tips on how to keep our pipes clean. I would ask for him again!

Also the woman customer assistant on the phone got someone to us the same day I called. Awesome!

Steven Fritz performed a plumbing inspection and also replaced the shut off valve and expansion vessel. He did a great job, very professional and friendly, answered all my questions.

Steven F. was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our Navien tankless heater. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Highly recommend.

Chandler was great! He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also ran me through what he was doing. My shower handle is no longer difficult to turn and it works great!

We had a FANTASTIC experience back in 2023 with Taylor Heating when our furnace decided to retire in the middle of winter. Not only were they only place out of 5 that actually answered their phone, they showed up fast, got us a quote that was very manageable, and got the work done fast. Flash forward to 2026, our water heater decided it was also ready to retire. (20 years for the furnace, and 23 for the water heater – not bad). We didn’t bother trying any other company. I sent in a request via the online form and had a phone call back and an appointment time scheduled within an hour.
Chandler was our tech on Wednesday – he is AWESOME!!! He is very personable, he answered all of our questions, and worked to help us get the best deal. He was able to replace the water heater the same day, so we didn’t have juggle a bunch of appointments – super fast and efficient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Gene Johnson team to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, manageable pricing, and top tier customer service.

Alex and Nick did a great job installing our new water heater. They worked diligently and efficiently, getting the work done in about 8 hours. They cleaned up well, you could barely tell they were here. Everything is in working order and the new system works great.

Great experience! Joseph was able to quickly fix a difficult and urgent problem. Joseph has a wealth of experience, is very professional and explained the solution step by step – exceeding our expectations. We would ask for Joseph again.

We got notice from our water utility that their system flagged a slow leak in our system. Anna called them, very helpful. We troubleshot as best we could and came up empty. We called Gene Johnson and explained what we knew and didn’t know, scheduling a technician Friday morning. Branson Carr showed up as scheduled, we went over the situation and he started a well organized trouble diagnosis. In the end, he believed that we don’t actually have a leak, but something else. We discussed it together and in the course of breaking the system to smaller units found he couldn’t totally isolate something the utility would believe was a slow leak. Eventually he he believed it was the two valves that were likely the culprit. We had been experiencing episodic low water flow in some of our fixtures, but they came back in time. We explored that with our different background and concluded the apparent slow leak observed by the utility was likely the result of a faulty main supply valve, causing pressure drop in the system, taking some time to recharge to the rated pressure supplied by the utility, mimicking a prolonged slow leak. He recommended replacing the old gate valve with a new ball valve. I asked if we could install a leak detection/shut down capability that is readily available. He did so quickly and we noticed immediate return to the home’s original functionality.
I was very impressed with the advanced features of the monitoring and shut down, even moreso when we learned of it’s remote notices, remote control and monitoring abilities.
Branson is an excellent plumber and diagostician. He worked quickly, spending time with us until he was comfortable with the intricacies of this system.
I definitely will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Tyler was prompt and professional. There was no upselling just straightforward information. He assessed it, informed us of the water heater failure, and they proceeded to get everything installed in the same day. Great work and easy to recommend.

We were in crisis situation…recent death in the family…having family over for dinner gathering and the kitchen sink started to back up badly. I called and explained the situation…Mike from George Johnson plumbing was here in 30 minutes and got it resolved promptly – forever grateful!!

Noah Amini did an outstanding job. He evaluated our needs and came back 2 days later to put a backflow valve in our sewer line to prevent rats from entering our toilet. Gene Johnson will be called next time I need plumbing work done.

Andrew was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Actually went above and beyond. Would definitely hire him again.

Andrew Bell-Morgan is our hero! He came out on short notice, was very professional, courteous, overall excellent. He went out of his way and above and beyond.
