Noah was professional and hard working. Multiple toilets had to be replaced along with some other plumbing work. He spent over 12 hours on the job and got it all done in a day. Would absolutely recommend him and Gene Johnson.

My sump pump that was installed by a different company 16 months ago, had the alarm go off that it wasn’t draining. So I called Gene Johnson Plumbing as they were open on the weekends when my alarm went off. Branson from Gene Johnson came out and took a look at my system. The original company hadn’t even bothered to plug my sump pump to an electrical outlet. So he was able to quickly and easily figure out what was wrong with the sump pump, he also identified that the furnace installation company had neglected to install something important on the furnace components. So he was able to fix that as well. Two different companies, he found two different mistakes, and he was able to fix everything so my system works perfectly. Thanks Branson!!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink this morning that flooded the floor. We were afraid that it was something major. Branson came out, immediately figured out that a clip had worked loose on the spray faucet hose, put things back together and voila!
We are grateful for the prompt, friendly, competent service from Branson and Gene Johnson Plumbing.

Appointment was easy to make and reasonably priced compared to others. They provided an introduction of the assigned service tech so we had Chad Hendrix. He was pretty awesome. He took care of what we needed and also provided some good information and tips with the radiator. Would highly recommend for future services.

Jaren was a pleasure to deal with. He is personable and knowledgeable. Very thorough. He took video for me to show my sewer company showing a tree root problem in the sewer main. He let me consider several options. Got my sewer line serviced in a little over two hours. No surprises at the end. I’m grateful and relieved!

I called on Wed afternoon and got an appointment window for Thurs morning. The technician, Jaren, arrived within the window and got right to work. He found the problem and got it fixed (garbage disposal blades not moving and slow drain). Jaren was professional, skilled and friendly. He explained everything and gave me tips on prevention. Would definitely call again. It was a lot of money, but I know it was done right and I couldn’t do it myself. You pay for expertise.

Called Gene johnson plumbing with issues with my water heater tanks leaking at a fitting they sent technician Derek solberg out & he discovered that the previous installers had did it incorrectly . So gave me an estimate on repair cost which was way lower than another company quoted me & completely different than what they were going to do . So with out hesitation I agreed with his estimate & did it all today done and a very excellent job done by Derek ! Highly recommend this company !! The other company name ended in town – they had nothing but excuses for not showing up to do the job but I’m now happy with them not coming there loss my big gain ! Thank you Gene Johnson plumbing !

Mike Pierce came to my home today and inspected a plumbing problem that I have. He clearly knew what he was doing, and did a good job of working with me to diagnose the problem.
He educated me on the nature of the problem, and described for me a number of solutions at different price points.
I appreciated his professionalism and clear communication style. If and when I need a plumber in the future, I’ll be calling Gene Johnson Plumbing again.
