Excellent service! Fast and well done! Hugo is very friendly and thoughtful. He’s takes the time to explain everything and make sure we have no unanswered questions.

These guys are awesome. After a horrible experience with SW Plumbing that don’t seem to know anything about tankless heaters except to quote replacements without troubleshooting, I called Gene Johnson. They got out that day. Derek Solberg the technician, obviously knew his craft and was able to quickly diagnose and explain the issue. As it turns out the unit did need replacing, and Derek was able to confirm why. He then replaced it on the spot in a few hours for $2-$4k less than the quotes I got from two different SW ‘technicians’ over the previous two days. This is the customer experience, we should be able to expect. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Professional, Helpful, and Friendly Service! I greatly appreciate the service we received from Jaren who helped solve our plumbing/sewer line backup issues. After diagnosing the problem, he explained the various options available and was both friendly and informative. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience using Gene Johnson Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

We asked for someone to come out to get us a water heater replacement quote. They came same day, examined the water heater, and identified that it only needed a part replacement, not the entire unit, saving us literally thousands. The heater was fixed same day, and Branson Carr, our technician was informative, professional, courteous, and a trooper abour cats bugging him while he worked on the estimate.

Mark Ochoa was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He cleared our kitchen drain in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mark.

I experienced a minor Saturday night emergency when one of my bathroom faucets began leaking—so I turned off its shut-off valve. A bit later I discovered the shut-off valve was leaking rather dramatically, soaking a rug and almost reaching my hardwood den floor. I cleaned up the soggy mess in my vanity cabinet and placed a bucket under the leaking valve, while turning off my house water supply. I was unable to use water Sunday, but as I shopped for a new faucet set I called Gene Johnson Plumbing’s emergency number.

My call to Gene Johnson Plumbing was professionally answered and I conveniently scheduled my repair appointment for Monday, allowing me a day to procure the faucet set. I am very particular about thee aesthetics of fittings, so even though this was unexpected, I wanted to select a set that I really liked.

Monday I received a call as promised from the company’s experienced plumber Steven Fritz, letting me know he was on his way. The company had messaged me a photo of Steven along with his credentials, which I appreciated. After meeting him, I was very impressed by Steven’s professionalism and clear explanations of his approach to the work.

My old sink valves were soon replaced with new shut-offs, and my lovely new faucet set was efficiently installed. Overall a great experience, allowing me to enjoy some lemonade out of a lemon of a plumbing problem!

Mike was amazing. He came out on THANKSGIVING DAY!! He had to thread his way through 20+ guests to service our much-needed but malfunctioning dishwasher. He was so gracious about the holiday complications. He saved our day!

Mark Ochoa was very efficient and helpful unclogging a stubborn kitchen sink. He kept me informed on what the issue was (a clog that had moved outside of my house further into the line) and how things were proceeding. Gene Johnson came to the rescue when we had a pipe burst within our wall. Our technician Jeff Freeman was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job diagnosing the leak, promptly repairing the leak, helping start water damage remediation and finishing the job. Jaren did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to make sure my toilets would be functional for the time period I need. He also kept me informed as to what he was doing and what the situation he was dealing with.

Jaren Larson and Colton Todd came to the house. Jaren expertly cleared a blockage, and Colton ran a visual diagnostic to show the state of the line between the house and main and went over options for upgrading. Excellent execution and communication by both men.

Throughout our project Andrew was willing to do the little (and big) things to make sure everything was done right. There were a few unexpected challenges once he got started and he did a great job of explaining the options to us and doing the right thing, even when it meant more time and effort. We feel confident that everything was done to a high standard.

Rory, Eugene, and Tyler did an outstanding job replacing a water line for us. They were professional, knowledgeable, and they clearly explained everything that needed to be done. They completed the project, solving our leak problem in a very timely manner. The communication by the entire team was excellent. Armando did an excellent job fixing the pipe that had roots stuck in it, which had prevented us from using both of our toilets. He communicated clearly and thoroughly about what he was doing from start to finish. He completed the entire job in just one day, allowing us to regain full toilet access. I highly recommend Gene Johnson Johnson 100%! Thank you, Armando, for doing such a wonderful job!

Darius came out today to deal with our toilet repair issue. This company has great communication, quick response time, and although I was not expecting a repair expense at this time I felt it was a fair price for what was needed. Darius is courteous, professional and just a fantastic person. Very respectful of our place, fixed what was needed and left it clean and tidy. Today, technician Marco Ochoa came to perform the annual water and plumbing inspection and to flush the water tank. He took pictures and provided recommendations along with estimates. Very courteous and thorough!

Amazing service today. Not only did Hugo get the job (an ice maker line installation) done well, he went above and beyond cleaning and making sure everything was perfect. He also had a smile the whole time and a great sense of humor.

Hugo fixed a leaky wax ring at my house and was very knowledgable! He helped me winterize my hose spigot and provided me info about how to close the water main for the house which i had been wondering about!

Gene Johnson is always top notch. Recently, I called them in for a second opinion after a competitor couldn’t clear our drains and told us to spend $15k to dig up the wrong part of the yard. In contrast, Mark Ochoa and Colton cleared the backup, investigated throughly to find the actual problem, walked us through videos to make we understood, and provided two options along with detailed quotes. They’re great and I’ll never cheat on them again.

They are very efficient, hardworking and completed the job as planned. They offered 60 mo no interest finance too.
