In order to properly address my plumbing issue, which included a leak, he assessed the problem and installed new piping. Because I am interested in my house’s plumbing, I enjoyed learning about each step of the repair process. He was very thorough, and got my permission for the additional work. When he was done with the job, he carefully cleaned everything up. I will definitely call the Gene Johnson Company for any future work that may arise.

Your service technician was absolutely delightful. Jaren was very polite, considerate, and kind. He was able to explain things well enough for me to understand and convey the issues to others. He even got a giant wasp out of my house for me. I am allergic and very thankful he was there. Quite physically, a life saver!
