Jaren came out today to fix our bathtub, which was significantly clogged. This was my first-ever experience calling a plumber, and it was terrific from start to finish. The person I spoke with to book was friendly and efficient. They were able to get me in the same day, and I appreciated receiving a text letting us know when the plumber would arrive, along with a picture of who would be coming. I also appreciated Jaren calling us to let us know he was going to be early and to check with us if that was okay. Jaren was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job all around. He had excellent communication with us and our HOA, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with someone coming into my home for repairs. I am so happy my bathtub is back to normal, and I will recommend Gene Johnson to any of my friends and family. Jaren honestly made a nightmare situation manageable and even pleasant! Thank you again so much!

Gene Johnson is incredible to work with. They assigned me a human customer care rep through text message named Samara who has been so amazingly helpful and caring during this whole frustrating leak process. Our technicians Greg and Rory who visited us a few different times were simply amazing, so understanding, and always helpful with an extremely positive attitude even when new issues arose. Tyler, the waterline team leader and expert, was so accommodating and understanding and made sure to set things up for me with Samara for an effortless scheduling experience on my end. Joe did a ton of investigative work and labor to address a pressure, pipe/water tank, and vent installation issue in our home. He is super knowledgeable and walked us through each step, with great tips for general maintenance along the way. Top notch professionalism and quality work!

Mark Ochoa did a fantastic job unclogging a stubborn blockage behind a washer. The plumbing made it hard to get to the problem, but he kept working on it until the issue was addressed. Nice to have that taken care of.

We have a 14 yr old water heater I needed service. Taras (technician) was knowledgeable helpful and offered good advice on potential issues ahead.

Really appreciate the knowledge and expertise provided by Jaron. He was quick to diagnose the problem, efficient at unclogging the main line and a pleasure to work with. I have a good working knowledge of plumbing and I found Jaron to be honest and not looking to just drain my wallet.

Rene was extremely professional, knowledgeable and perseverent. He unclogged my kitchen drain that was not easy. He kept at it, with many ideas and tries. Finally he got it. He did not give up. He was also very personable. I highly recommend him. He also found my leak that I had been trying to find for a month! It’s fixed, too.

They worked quickly efficiently and cleaned everything up and beyond.

Three days before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink drain line gave out. After installation of new cleanout and camera work by a super nice crew ( I think Daniel and George) a few days prior Gabriel, Eugine and Allan worked tirelessly into the evening removing concrete slab to expose deteriorated drain line, installing new ABS drain line, bedding, backfilling and placing new concrete. They kept the room with work clean. Placed protection over wood and vinyl flooring and plastic and plywood in garage for old concrete and gravel. Once finished with the installation they cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they had been hauling gravel, dirt and mixing new cement to patch the concrete floor. Everyone involved at GJP was great to work with.

Joseph was an amazing and extremely knowledgeable technician we had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely thorough by double and triple checking his work and we appreciate his diligence!
